Hello! I'm Melissa, a mummy to two little ones, and the franchise owner of Hartbeeps North Cheshire.
In my life before Hartbeeps I was a Corporate Events Manager and having worked in Sydney and London, I loved travelling and working on large projects for law firms. However the work-life plan changed when I had my first baby.
I first discovered Hartbeeps when my son was 3 months old whilst living in London. With my husband working long hours and my family in Yorkshire I was looking for a class where I could spend some special time with my baby exploring new things, getting out of the house and the opportunity to meet new people. After the first class I was instantly hooked. His little face lit up at the singing and puppets, lights and sparkles and it was all I could talk about when I got home, singing the songs along the way.
Fast forward a few years I now live in Grappenhall with a daughter now in tow and I missed this class so much that I decided to run Hartbeeps classes of my own in Warrington & Lymm! I can honestly say there is nothing quite like it!
Hartbeeps is magical, musical fun for little ones and grown-ups... and I absolutely LOVE my job! I now get to use my past experience in dance, acting and singing and interact with all you lovely grown-ups and little ones so I hope you enjoy Hartbeeps classes as much as I do.
As a class, Hartbeeps brings stories, themes, movement and characters to life through specially developed songs - some you will know, but with a fun twist! It's a time to bond with your little one and to see them explore new things…with some time for a snuggle at the end.
I look forward to meeting your little people (and accompanying grown up!) to take you on a magical journey of songs, puppets and props for adventures down the rabbit hole.
Hi! I’m Sharon and I’m a Hartbeeps Session Leader, as well as mummy to a very lively little boy.
Before Hartbeeps I lived and worked in London for a travel company, managing a team of analysts. While at the time I enjoyed the fast pace and travelling, having my son made me see life from a different perspective and we decided to make the move back north as it was important to us to be closer to family.
That’s when I first discovered Hartbeeps!
We were new to the area, I was looking for a class where I could have fun with my little one, forget all the unpacking that needed doing and meet new people. I attended my first class with my son and saw the joy and fun had by all. It was really heartwarming and I knew instantly i wanted to be part of it!
I’m so excited to be part of the Hartbeeps North Cheshire team and help develop little minds and imaginations, bringing themes and stories to life through song and developmental play.
I look forward to meeting you and your little ones and welcoming you into the imaginative world of Hartbeeps.
Hi! I’m Chan and I’m a Hartbeeps Session Leader living in Lymm for many years and mummy to a little girl and boy.
Before Hartbeeps I worked as a scientist in medical device regulations in the South and around the North West, which meant long hours and much time away from home.
When my husband and I were fortunate enough to start our family, I decided to take a step back from my job and concentrate on our little family. During that time I discovered Hartbeeps as a new mummy when my eldest was 5 weeks old and I loved the bonding experience that it gave us and the friends that have been in my life from those classes ever since.
I knew that as soon as my youngest was born (during covid-19 lockdowns) that I wanted to have the same experience with him too. Even though that started back online initially, Hartbeeps made everyone feel so comfortable and safe and when we eventually came back to classes, it calmed many nerves of those of us who hadn’t taken their 'not so new babies' out and about since birth.
So when the opportunity came to work for Hartbeeps, I knew that I wanted to be part of a world that makes a difference to parents like me.
I'm so excited to welcome you to the safe space we create at Hartbeeps for parents to bond with their little ones and I hope you make life long friends along the way too.
